Supplementation to be taken with food

With breakfast 

  • 3 x 1000 mg Evening Primrose Oil 
  • 3 x 1000 mg Cod Liver Oil (don’t take if allergic to fish) 
  • 1 dsp Flaxseed Oil 
  • 1 SAM-e 400 mg tablet 
  • 2 capsules of Lyprinol

With lunch: 

  • 1 SAM-e 400 mg tablet

With dinner: 

  • 1 SAM-e 400 mg tablet 
  • 3 x 1000 mg Evening Primrose Oil 
  • 3 x 1000 mg Cod Liver Oil 
  • 1 dsp Flaxseed Oil 
  • a high potency multi vitamin and mineral formula once a day 
  • 2 Lyprinol capsules 
  • 1 x 2mg tablets of Folic Acid

Before bed a warm Radox or Epsom Salts bath.
Don’t get cold or damp - dress warmly
Stay away from cold air conditioning, cold winds, cold drafts.
Don’t swim in cold water or stay in the surf for too long even on hot days.

Warmth alleviates Fibromyalgia, all forms of cold and damp aggravate it.

Have a naturopath, doctor or other health professional supervise your treatment with these supplements.
