Vitamin combination for treatment of Psoriasis 

• 4 x 1000 mg Evening Primrose oil capsules 
• 4 x 1000 mg Cod liver oil capsules 
• 1 dessert spoon of Flaxseed oil (Stony Creek brand) 
• 3 “Formula Six” multi vitamin and mineral tablets, taken together once a day with the main meal

The above products are obtainable from the health food store

Rub cocholine into the affected area once per day
